Well, I went to log into my computer tonight that runs the Duo Authentication Proxy, and I was not able to log into it, instead receiving a prompt that the user was not enrolled in Duo Security. I usually can log into the web page for client downloads without too much time passing, but I think the SSLVPN prompt is timing out before getting the feedback from Duo.Īll of this used to work fine. Sometimes, I can try multiple logins in rapid succession, and one try finally will log into the VPN. I can log into my T50 SSLVPN, wait 14 to 30 seconds for the Duo prompt on my phone, then another 10-20 seconds after tapping to OK it before the login times out at the SSLVPN login prompt. After more testing today, I am beginning to think this problem may also be one with Duo 2FA and VERY SLOW responses from password-enter time to Duo prompt on phone. ![]()
